TIMES TO SUIT YOU
Our chips are made fresh every day on our own premises and we can deliver six days a week (including bank holidays).
In the Bridlington area, we can also offer a Sunday top up service through the summer season ensuring you never run out of your most important commodity.
Fortunately our fresh chips are not just limited to fish and chip shops. We also supply restaurants, cafes, hotels, schools and residential homes.
We upgraded our Fresh Chip Production Line in 2019. This project received a European Union 'European Structural and Investment Funds' (ESIF) grant, awarded by the Advantage Coast Community Led Local Development (CLLD) Programme for the Yorkshire Coast.
A couple of hours saved in preparation time every day equals 30 extra days a year to spend on other areas of your business. You can’t put a value on your own time.
Utility bills, staff wages and training costs rise all the time, that added to the outlay and maintenance of expensive machinery means preparing your own chips costs more than you realise. Leave this behind and you’ll soon save money.
Rumbling and chipping potatoes is a messy business. Say goodbye to blocked drains, piles of empty potato sacks and sweeping the floor every five minutes. Say hello to that five star environmental health rating.
Turn that now redundant wet room into that cosy office you’ve always wanted. Better still, add more value to your business with a seating area for paying customers.
We source all our potatoes locally - the majority comes from the Yorkshire Wolds. Genuine low ‘food miles’ combined with energy and watersaving technology on our production line, mean our chips can boast a tiny carbon footprint.
We believe that our fresh chips are one of the most eco friendly potato products on the market. We source all our raw materials locally, with the vast majority of our potatoes coming from East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Our chips can boast a tiny carbon footprint, in part because of the low food miles they travel from field to fork.
However, our green credentials don’t end there.
All our potato waste is turned into bio fuel or used as animal feed.
We use water and energy saving technology on our production line.
All our plastic and paper waste is recycled locally.
We are currently working with our packaging supplier to develop biodegradable chip bags.
